By accessing, registering on, or using the 288wim platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing wagers, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the 288wim Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 288wim ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 288wim platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms are written in English and, where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity.

Access to and use of the 288wim platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party) unless expressly authorised by 288wim in writing.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 288wim, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or have an active exclusion order in place at the time of registration.

288wim reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation) from any player at any time, and to suspend account access until such verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

To access the full range of 288wim services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 288wim accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 288wim account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of compromise: You must notify 288wim immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account currency: 288wim accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency cannot be changed after registration.

288wim reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing reasons, at its sole discretion, in accordance with its internal compliance and risk management policies.

288wim accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits made into a 288wim account:

• All funds deposited into your 288wim account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds may apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the 288wim deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a short processing window. 288wim is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.
• 288wim does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 288wim bears no responsibility.
• 288wim reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account. Failure to provide such proof may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.
• Funds deposited on the 288wim platform are not held in an interest-bearing trust account. No interest will be paid on account balances.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 288wim account subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 288wim account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. Current minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the 288wim withdrawal page.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, 288wim may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Full details are set out in Section 6 below.
• 288wim aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the completion of any required verification checks.
• 288wim reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

288wim offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 288wim reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as evidence of duplicate account creation.
• 288wim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such amendment would be materially detrimental to a player who has already accepted the offer and begun fulfilling its terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, false identity information, or collusion, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 288wim platform, whether in the sports betting section (including cricket, snooker, and other sports markets) or within the casino game lobby:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288wim does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under game-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet settlement, 288wim will investigate the incident and apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the position at the time of the fault, in accordance with the relevant game rules.
• 288wim reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were posted in error, including obvious pricing errors. Players will be notified and the stake returned in such cases.
• For live cricket betting and other in-play markets, bets are accepted up to the point at which 288wim suspends the market. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at 288wim's discretion.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your 288wim account balance following settlement. Settlement times vary by game type and sporting event.

Specific rules for individual game categories — including Slots, Live Dealer games, Mega Fishing, and Snooker markets — are set out within the relevant game or market section of the 288wim platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288wim platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one 288wim account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during verification procedures.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 288wim platform or its game software.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated wagering system in connection with the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288wim platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content.
• The right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the platform.
• The right to use any 288wim trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or game code.

Any unauthorised use of 288wim's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wim holds its gaming licence, as noted in the platform's licensing disclosures.

Any dispute between you and 288wim that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or through the Company's internal complaint resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

288wim reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 288wim platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
